Product description
1.The suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes bottle stable during high-speed move. Able to meet the needs of different sizes of bottles by changing few parts.
2.The new generation SUS304 grab does not touch above bottle screw thread. Nozzle in the grab guarantees complete cleaning of inside bottle.
3.The advanced gravity filling technology is adopted in the macine, it makes filling process fast, steady and accurate.
4.Magnetic torque is used in screw capping, capping force can be adjusted steplessly, capping process become realiable and does no damage to caps.
5.Advanced technologies are adopted, such as human-machine interactive system, touch-screen and PLC programmable logic controller.
6.All water contact parts are made of high quality SUS30 or SUS316, all critical electrical components are from famous interantional companies such as Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron etc.
Washing Part
Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial.All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.
Filling part
Adopt normal pressure filling method. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.
Capping part
The capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
